As a lifelong athlete, I understand how important it is to move freely and without pain.

My love of movement emerged as early as kicking a soccer ball around as a toddler and racing the 1500 meters in elementary school. I continued to follow this path running (or jumping) track in college and playing ultimate frisbee competitively through my 30’s. Eventually my love of movement and the body blended with my career. First working as a personal trainer for 8 years and then pursuing my doctorate of chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College which leads up to the present.

Five years ago, I set out to build a practice that I myself would want to visit. I provide compassionate, one-on-one chiropractic care that is transparent and collaborative.

At some point or another, we all experience injury. But understanding how and why it happened, as well as what to do to heal, can feel drowned out by quick fixes. I help you uncover the root causes of pain and approach care creatively to help you understand your body better so you can make lasting changes.

I help my patients connect with their own bodies to become better movers, stay out of pain, and reach their fitness goals—big or small. I do this by becoming an ally and advocate for my patients through education.

My office feels like a cozy living room that embodies calm, healing, and positive energy. I prioritized making it a space you might actually want to spend time in—the polar opposite of cold, clinical offices.

I believe everyone has an athlete within. Whether it’s being able to get up and down off the floor with your grandchildren, running a marathon, or rediscovering your physical strength (whether it’s under a couch cushion or left behind in 4th grade gym class), together we will forge forward to build a stronger you.

My approach to care is simple—we’re not reinventing the wheel, we are just figuring out how to make you feel better in your body. The treatment plans I create are curated to meet the individual needs of each patient. My practice isn’t about volume, it’s about quality, patient-centered chiropractic care.
