Chiropractic Associate Position
Full or part time position. Pay structure flexible - Independent contractor or fee split.
Location: Media, PA & Northern Liberties, Philadelphia, PA
PA Chiropractic License required
For the past eight years, I’ve built a practice I love—one that’s proven agile, resilient, and deeply rooted in community care. We’ve weathered major life changes, a pandemic, and expanded across two locations, all while prioritizing quality care and maintaining a sustainable, cash-based model grounded in evidence-based treatment. Along the way, I’ve developed strong referral networks and lasting relationships with other providers and wellness businesses.
Now, I’m looking for the right person to join and grow with this vision—someone who’s eager to cultivate long-term relationships with patients and the practice, and who’s genuinely connected to the community. You should be ready to learn, grow, and ideally build something that feels like your own within a supportive, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate is confident, communicative, and clinically versatile, bringing a whole-body approach to care that includes movement therapy, manual therapy, adjustments, and patient education based in behavior change. An evidence-based mindset is a must.
We currently operate in two spaces:
Our Media office is a cozy, established practice tucked upstairs in a historic farmhouse that’s grown steadily over the years.
Our Northern Liberties office is a newer, larger space equipped for exercise rehab and primed for expansion.
I’m looking for someone to be in both spaces but am flexible on how this looks. There’s so much opportunity at both locations—but, as it turns out, I can’t be in two places at once!
This is not a high-volume or sales-heavy practice. We don’t do hard-pitch memberships or push numbers. We focus on patient-centered care and sustainable life-work balance.
The pay structure is flexible and open for discussion. Ideally, this could begin as an independent contractor arrangement and evolve into a partnership—possibly including future buy-in—but I’m open to exploring what makes the most sense for both of us.
