Meet Dr. Redding

a lifelong athlete who understands how important it is to move freely and without pain.

Dr. Redding’s love of movement emerged as early as kicking a soccer ball around as a toddler and racing the 1500 meters in elementary school. She continued to follow this path running (or jumping) in college and playing ultimate frisbee competitively.

After college she worked as a personal trainer for 8 years before pursuing her doctorate of chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College (now Northeast College of Health Sciences).

She specializes on bodies that move, whether you are a competitive athlete or focused on getting up and off the ground pain free, you are a great fit. Through this movement lens Dr. Redding works hard to build a foundation that looks at the whole body getting you out of pain and into a more functional and active life.

Eight years ago she set out to build a practice that defined her values: providing compassionate, one-on-one chiropractic care that is transparent and collaborative focused on functional movement and patient education.

Meet Dr. Zoey Landau

an animal enthusiast with a passion for treating chronic pain and addressing the whole body through the nervous system.

Dr. Zoey is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic and specializes in gentle, low-force chiropractic care that supports the spine and nervous system without the twisting or cracking people usually think of.

She works especially well with people who are anxious about traditional chiropractic, those who feel tense or ‘out of sync,’ and anyone dealing with chronic stress, stiffness, or posture strain from phones, computers, or daily life.

Chiropractic is incredibly powerful and helps reduce tension, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system so your body functions the way it’s meant to.

Every care plan is personal, intentional, and based on what your body actually needs.
