One-on-One Private Yoga

Are you nervous to jump into a studio or class? Curious how to modify yoga to fit your body and not aggravate old injuries? Or better yet, how to get stronger and not get injured again.

Dr. Redding can help your learn how to do yoga just for you. Building on her knowledge as a sports chiropractor, a yoga instructor and love of movement together you will dive into yoga and modify and build your own flows. Understand how to safely go to a class without fear of not really knowing how to modify or move from one pose to the next.

  • $90/45 minute session.

  • $320/4 - 45minute sessions

Beginner Workshop Series.

Here we will work together through short sequences but break down the poses and the transitions safely so you and your fellow group members can all move safely and with confidence.


This is perfect for complete beginners or those coming off of an injury. You will build community, strength and find mobility within your own body.

  • Small group of 3 to 4 people.

  • Series are bundled in 6 - 60 minute sessions. $250/person.
